 Can I use this SP Server Hosting Account to host any non-SharePoint site?
 Obviously yes. Even though this is a SharePoint plan, you can always use it to host any non-SharePoint site.
In fact, you can host, for example, one SharePoint site and one non-SharePoint site under the same SP Server plan.

 I notice you also offer SharePoint Foundation 2010 Service. What is the different in between SharePoint Foundation 2010 and SP Server ?
 You can consider SharePoint Foundation 2010 a "smaller" version of SP Server. What we have here is a SP Server on a shared server and
since it is located on a shared server, we can offer it at a cheaper price. However, there are things that you cannot do on a shared server, such as you cannot do
anything that requires administrative access (such as an access to the SharePoint Administration portal, SharePoint backup, etc) and you cannot have an RDP access.

 What are the fees that I need to pay in order to get my SP Server up and running on your server?
 Besides, the normal hosting account fee, you will have to pay a one-time initial SharePoint configuration fee of $30.00.
This configuration fee is different with the account setup fee. Some of you may notice that we charge $15.00 for any Quarterly Billing Cycle Plan and this
is actually the fee to have your account setup on the server. It does NOT cover the SharePoint installation fee yet.

 How do I pay for these fees?

 If you mention that I cannot RDP to the server, how can I install any webparts or third-party applications/components?
 Since this is not a dedicated MOSS, you will not be able to access the server directly at anytime. In case you want to register
for new webparts or components, you will have to create a ticket via your Help Desk at
http://www.asphosthelpdesk.com and our Support will install it on your behalf.
Please be reminded that we need to test the webparts or components first just to make sure that they are safe, secured and they do
not interrupt with our existing service. Some additional webpart setup fees may apply.

 Will I be able to customize my own site, such as settings alerts, themes, etc?
 Certainly yes, In fact, you can do anything on your own SharePoint site. Only those that requires
administrative access are restricted.

 Will I have a full access to all the features of MOSS?
 No. We will only install the default, standard MOSS package. If you need a full-features MOSS package, you
should consider getting a dedicated MOSS server and you need to organize the MOSS license directly.

 If I am an existing client, can I upgrade to your Shared SP Server Hosting Plan ?
 Yes, you can upgrade your hosting plan to our SP Server Hosting Plan, however
we will not help you with regards to the SharePoint 2007 or WSS 3 transition to SP Server Hosting Platform. In other words, we cannot
help you to upgrade and migrate your existing SharePoint site to SP Server Platform. The reason for this is simply because
we do not deal with our customer data directly as it is against our company privacy policy. We apologise if it causes any inconvinience to you.

 If I am your new client, can you help me to migrate my existing SharePoint to your SP Server Hosting Platform ?
 No, we will not help you with regards to the SharePoint 2007 or WSS 3 transition to SP Server Hosting Platform. We will only setup
a new SP Server site for you on our server. In other words, we cannot
help you to upgrade and migrate your existing SharePoint site to SP Server Platform. The reason for this is simply because
we do not deal with our customer data directly as it is against our company privacy policy. We apologise if it causes any inconvinience to you.

 Can I get a demo account ?
 We don't provide demo accounts but we have a 30-day money back guarantee.
So you can just sign up for a normal account and if you're not happy with the service just cancel
within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund.

 Can I deploy my own WebParts to your server ?
 Yes, as long as your webparts do not cause any problems
to our server, you are more than welcome to bring any interesting webparts to be added
onto the server/websites. Our Support Team will need to check the webparts prior to the
deployment just to make sure that they do not interrupt/impact our existing systems. 99%
external webparts are approved by our Support Team and your webparts will be next !

 Can I upgrade or downgrade my account later on ?
 Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account "in place" any time you like (unless you upgrade to a dedicated server, in which case your account has to be moved to the new server).

 Can I start with a 3-months payment and change it later on ?
 Yes, you can switch to a 6-months, 12-months, or 24-months pre-payment any time you like and get the corresponding discount

 How long does it take to get my new account ?
 We usually set up new accounts within a few minutes or hours, and always within 24 hours.
It all depends on whether you have fully settled all the required hosting fees.
