Do you provide Server Monitoring Service ?
Yes, we will monitor the server by default for you and the monitoring will be in TCP and IP monitoring only. We always recommend you to take our Premium Server Monitoring service as well
Will I be able to get discount if, let's say, I prepay 12 months in advanced ?
Yes, you will get a discount if you choose to prepay 12-months in advanced. Please contact our Sales Department and they will discuss this matter in details with you.
Will I be able to upgrade my server in case I need it in the future ?
You may be able to upgrade the server in the future, but it all depends on the hardware that you select. Some hardware may not be available anymore or it may not be supported by your current OS. For details, we strongly advise you to contact our Support Team and please tell them your requirements as clearly as possible.
Can I trial the dedicated service ?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide trial service for the dedicated server plan.
Do provide 30-day money back guarantee for dedicated server plan ?
We don't provide 30-day money back guarantee on any dedicated server plan that you choose. Once the server is setup, the minimum that you have to pay is the 1-month service, regardless of whether you have used it for 1 day, 1 week or 3 weeks.
What happens if I do not pay my server fee on time ?
You will be given a notice prior to the expiry date and in case you fail to settle the server fee, we will suspend your server immediately. You will be given a maximum 48 hours to settle the fee, or otherwise, your server will be terminated and all data on the server will be lost. In case the server is terminated, we will not be resposible for any data loss.
